We understand life happens and sometimes schedules change.

If you are running late, please text or call your specialist as soon as possible to keep us informed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a reduced session length to respect other clients’ scheduled times.

We require 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. We appreciate when given as much notice as possible as our time is valuable. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice will NOT be charged.

Late cancellations will result in a $25 charge on your next invoice.

Failure to notify us of a cancellation or not showing up for a scheduled service will result in a 50% service charge fee.

Building up Bold reserves the right to pause or discontinue future sessions for clients who repeatedly miss or reschedule appointments without proper notice. We value mutual respect for time and commitment, which helps us serve everyone better. Please note that three canceled sessions may result in the loss of your regular weekly time slot.

 We understand that life can get hectic, and sometimes things slip through the cracks.

To help everything run smoothly, we kindly ask that all invoices be paid within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise arranged.

If payment has not been received by the due date, a $25 late fee will be added to the outstanding balance. Accounts with invoices that remain unpaid after 14 days will result in a temporary hold on future sessions or services until payment is made.

If late or missed payments continue, the student, may be dismissed from Building up Bold and forfeit their regular scheduled time slot.

We value the time and effort that go into every session and appreciate your prompt attention to invoices. It allows us to continue providing the best support possible.
