I know your parents probably told you to check this out, but I promise it’s not bad at all. EF Coaching with Building Up Bold is actually kind of fun. We’ll meet once a week for a 45-minute Zoom session. Just once a week, nothing crazy.

In our sessions, we’ll focus on what matters most to you like staying organized, managing your time, or keeping on track with your goals. It’s your chance to practice being bold, confident, and ready for anything that comes your way.

The support doesn’t stop when our session ends. You can reach out during the week if you want to check in, ask a question, get feedback on an assignment, or have me read a paper. Text, FaceTime, or call whatever works. I’m here to help you stay on track and feel confident.

It’s simple, flexible, and all about helping you crush your goals. Can’t wait to get started!

Q: How often do we meet?
 

A: Just once a week for 45 minutes on Zoom.

A: We work on the skills that matter most to you like staying organized, managing your time, or keeping your goals on track. Every session is a chance to practice being bold, confident, and ready for challenges.

Q: Can I get help during the week too?
 

A: Yes! You’ll get 15 minutes of check-in time through text, FaceTime, or phone call. Ask questions, get tips, or just make sure you’re on track. 

Q: Is it complicated?
 

A: Nope! It’s simple, flexible, and all about helping you feel more confident, organized, and ready to tackle anything that comes your way.
